Overview

This website and online store is operated by Tribela. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Tribela. By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

1. Online store

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to sell our products. By ordering, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Products

The Connection Book is a printed hardcover, printed to order by our print partner, Bookvault. We take care to show products accurately, but colours on screen can vary from the printed copy. We may change or discontinue products at any time.

3. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in the currency for your region and include VAT or applicable taxes. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or there is an error in the price or description; if we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

5. Shipping, cancellations and refunds

We ship to the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy, and cancellations, replacements and refunds by our Refund policy, which form part of these Terms.

6. Accuracy of information

You agree to give accurate and complete purchase and account information, including your email and shipping address, so we can complete your order.

7. Intellectual property

All content in the store and in the Connection Book, including text, design, images and the Tribela name and logo, belongs to Tribela or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or resell it without our written permission.

8. Prohibited uses

You may not use the store for any unlawful purpose, to infringe anyone's rights, to upload malicious code, or to interfere with the store's security or operation.

9. Third-party services

Payments, printing and delivery are handled by third parties such as Shopify, payment providers, Bookvault and carriers. Their own terms may also apply.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the store or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Privacy

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Tribela is established. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in your local courts.
